There’s a feedback option in the menu of the 王牌娱乐app娱乐app 王牌娱乐app娱乐app app. Use the feedback form to submit ideas for the 王牌娱乐app娱乐app 王牌娱乐app娱乐app app or about your salon experience.
How do I set up a haircut reminder?
It's easy! Go to the menu and select "Haircut Reminder". Select the number of weeks between your haircuts in "Remind Me Every". Select "Save" on the bottom right of the screen. You can also select a specific day for your next reminder under "Next Reminder". Please note that you need to sign up for a profile and have notifications turned on in order to use this feature.
How do I edit a haircut reminder?
Just go to the Menu and select Haircut Reminder. From there, you can edit and save any haircut reminders you may have.
How do I stop receiving haircut reminders?
Go to the Menu and click "Haircut Reminders". At the top of the screen turn the "Haircut Reminders" button to the "off" position.
Why sign up and create a profile?
A profile lets you save favorite salons, which makes checking in online even faster. You can also add a haircut reminder. You can still check in online without signing up. It’s up to you!
What does 王牌娱乐app娱乐app 王牌娱乐app娱乐app do with my profile information?

How do I reset my password?
On the Sign In screen, tap on "Forgot Your Password.” You’ll get an email with a link to change your password.
What if I can’t log in?
Go to the Sign In screen and tap "Forgot your Password.” You’ll get an email with a link to reset your password. If log in issues persist, delete and reinstall the app.
How do I sign out of the 王牌娱乐app娱乐app 王牌娱乐app娱乐app app?
Go to Menu->Settings. At the bottom of the Settings screen, you’ll see a large grey button to “Sign Out.”
How do I close my account?
Send us a note in the feedback form or call 1-800-473-2825 to delete your profile information. Note, however, that 王牌娱乐app娱乐app 王牌娱乐app娱乐app is unable to delete the app off your device remotely. You are able to delete the app from your device at any time.
How do I stop receiving push notifications?
Go to Menu->Settings in the 王牌娱乐app娱乐app 王牌娱乐app娱乐app app and locate "王牌娱乐app娱乐app Stuff Notifications." Switch to "Off" to turn off notifications. Note that notifications related to your haircut reminder are separate, you can also turn those on or off in Settings or in the haircut reminder screen. You can also turn off all push notifications from the 王牌娱乐app娱乐app 王牌娱乐app娱乐app app by going to your phone settings.
How do I unsubscribe from emails?
Select the unsubscribe button from any email you 王牌娱乐app娱乐app from 王牌娱乐app娱乐app 王牌娱乐app娱乐app, Inc.
When will I start receiving messages in my inbox?
It may take a few months before you 王牌娱乐app娱乐app messages. When you have new messages, you’ll see a number on the Messages icon on the app’s home screen.
How do I delete messages in my inbox?
On the right side of the message, swipe to the left. A red "delete" button will appear. Tap on the delete button to remove the message from your inbox. Note that messages will also automatically be removed from your inbox after a period of time.
Online Check-In
What is Online Check-In?
Online Check-In saves you time. See estimated wait times for salons near you, pick your favorite, and get on the wait list from wherever you are. After you check in, you can watch your estimated wait time count down and arrive at the salon when it's nearly your turn to get your service.
When is Online Check-In available?
Customers can check in online during the hours the salon is open. Online Check-In will not be available during the first five minutes a salon is scheduled to be open. This gives customers who are physically in the salon when it opens a chance to be checked in and have their names added to the waitlist. We accept online check-in up until 30 minutes before closing time. You can still get a haircut at closing time, you just can't check in on the app.
How does Online Check-In save me time?
When you're on the waitlist, chances are you'll be next or almost next in line when you arrive. Please note that if you request a specific stylist upon arriving at the salon, your wait time may be longer.
Can I use Online Check-In for all types of services?
Yes, you can use Online Check-In for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. And, most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call the salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. We do keep Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you 王牌娱乐app娱乐appd at a 王牌娱乐app娱乐app 王牌娱乐app娱乐app salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
What do I do if I don't have a mobile device?
You can check in from any device that has internet (a smartphone, iPad, computer, etc.). Go to greatclips.com, click on Find a Salon or Check In. Enter your zip code or address and you'll be using Online Check-In in no time! If you don't have an Internet connection, you can always walk right in to any salon and add your name to the list.
How do I use Online Check-In?
On your phone, use our iPhone or Android 王牌娱乐app娱乐app 王牌娱乐app娱乐app app. On your computer, go to the home page of our website (greatclips.com) and click the Check-In button. Or, visit the salon locator page, enter your postal code, choose a convenient location, and click the icon on the map. Then, tell us your name, how many people will be getting haircuts, and come on over!
When should I arrive at the salon?
Online Check-In lets us know you're on your way, so it's best to head right over right after you're done checking in. Once you arrive, let the stylists know you're there, and they’ll confirm your information and finish your check in.

Be sure to let the stylists know when you arrive at the salon so they know you’re there and can finish your check in.
What happens if I arrive late?
We understand: Things happen! Don't worry if you lose your keys, spill something, or get stuck in traffic. We'll keep your name on the list for a short period of time.
How do I cancel my check in?
Once you are checked in, the icon on the map will turn green and say "checked-in.” Click on the green icon for an option to cancel.
Why can't I check in right when the salon opens?
Online Check-In will not be available during the first five minutes a salon is scheduled to be open. This gives customers who are physically in the salon when it opens a chance to be checked in and have their names added to the wait list.
Why can't I check in at closing time?
We accept online check-in up until 30 minutes before closing time. You can still get a haircut at closing time, you just can’t check in on the app.
What does it mean when the salon pin says "Wait List Full"?
That means that the salon is experiencing very high demand and so Online Check-In is not available. We apologize for the inconvenience, but since the customer demand is already high, we can only accept walk-in customers until the wait time decreases.
What is ReadyNext™?
ReadyNext™ is a text alert that notifies you when your estimated wait time reaches 15 minutes as your cue to head to the salon.
How does ReadyNext™ work?
To 王牌娱乐app娱乐app a ReadyNext™ text alert, check in online using the 王牌娱乐app娱乐app 王牌娱乐app娱乐app® app or on greatclips.com. Once you check in online, you will be asked if you want to 王牌娱乐app娱乐app a ReadyNext™ text. If you consent to 王牌娱乐app娱乐app a ReadyNext™ text, then once your estimated wait time reaches 15 minutes, you’ll 王牌娱乐app娱乐app a text saying it’s time to head to the salon. We encourage you to still pay close attention to your wait time to avoid missing your spot on the wait list. While ReadyNext™ is meant to send a text message as your haircut time nears, it is also possible that you may still have a short wait when you arrive at the salon. When you check in, if your wait time is already below the estimated 15 minutes, you’ll be directed to head straight to the salon and will not be given the option to opt-in for a text message.
Does opting in once automatically sign me up for subsequent visits?
It does not. Each time you use Online Check-In, you will have the opportunity to opt-in to 王牌娱乐app娱乐app a ReadyNext™ text message.
I 王牌娱乐app娱乐appd a text and went to the salon, but my wait time is more than 15 minutes. What happened?
The estimated wait time is based on the current conditions in the salon. As customers check in and are served, and as the team members change shifts, the estimated wait time adjusts accordingly. Also, if you arrive more than 15 minutes after, the salon may have taken the next person on the list and your wait time would be adjusted.
Why does the estimated wait time keep changing once I have checked in?
The estimated wait time is based on the current conditions in the salon. As customers check in and are served, and as the team members change shifts, your estimated wait time adjusts accordingly.
Why was my name not on the wait list when I arrived at the salon?
Most salons keep Online Check-In customers on the wait list for about an hour or at least the length of their estimated wait time at check in. Using Online Check-In saves your place in line. We encourage you to watch your estimated wait time and head to the salon so you arrive with about 10 minutes left and wait outside the salon until you are contacted to enter.
Why was the estimated wait time different when I arrived at the salon from when I finished my check in?
The estimated wait time is based on the current conditions in the salon. As customers check in and are served, and as the team members change shifts, your estimated wait time adjusts accordingly.

Our salons are independently-owned and the local salon owner determines prices. For pricing information, please call the salon or walk in anytime.
How can I get coupons?
The cost of a haircut at 王牌娱乐app娱乐app 王牌娱乐app娱乐app is a great value at the regular price. However, from time to time discounts are offered by the local 王牌娱乐app娱乐app 王牌娱乐app娱乐app salon(s). These are communicated in various ways via printed postcards 王牌娱乐app娱乐appd through the mail, broadcast television and radio, and digital ads. Since 王牌娱乐app娱乐app 王牌娱乐app娱乐app is franchised, salons are individually-owned and operated, and therefore discounts will take place at various times for the salons in your area.

That's something we do not do.
